What we do
We specialise in vacant land across the United States and offer properties that can be bought outright or with flexible owner financing. Our goal is to take the unnecessary complexity out of buying land and give people a straightforward path to owning real property.
How a purchase works with us
- The whole price is on the listing: cash price, down payment, document fee, monthly amount and note fee. Nothing is added at checkout.
- Every property carries its parcel number, its coordinates and a plain note on access, power and water. Where we are unsure, the listing says so and points you to the county.
- You deal with us directly, before and after you reserve. No call centre and no agent in the middle.
- The deed is recorded in your name: right away on a cash purchase, or after the final payment on owner financing. You can pay the balance off early at any time, with no penalty.

How Reserving Your Parcel Works
Buying land doesn't have to be complicated. Here's what to expect from start to finish:
- Step 1
Reserve Your Parcel
Click Reserve on the listing and securely pay the required down payment plus the one-time document fee. This gets the process started.
- Step 2
Provide Your Information & Sign the Agreement
We'll collect the information needed to prepare your Purchase Agreement. You'll receive it by email for electronic signature. The agreement clearly outlines the purchase price, payment terms, and refund conditions.
- Step 3
Make Your Payments
Make your monthly payments securely online according to the agreed terms. Want to pay the balance early? There's no prepayment penalty.
- Step 4
Receive Your Deed
Once the property is paid in full, or immediately for a cash purchase, where applicable, the deed can be recorded with the county in your name. You'll have a public record confirming your ownership.
